I&#8217;m too tired to blog much.  Crazy lady that I am, I ran on Tuesday instead of waiting another month or so for my shoulder to finish healing.  I&#8217;m dreading the recriminations from my physical therapist tomorrow.  Sigh.  I had to start running again.  The stairmaster, while a worthy machine for vague vertical motion, doesn&#8217;t really work the body with enough vigor.<\/p>\n<p>I want to lose weight, so I must run. I want to get back into shape, so I must run.<\/p>\n<p>But damn if it doesn&#8217;t hurt tonight.  Yeah, my shoulder hurts like a bear, but it&#8217;s the legs that have totally betrayed me.  I used to be able to do this without bitching about it later.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m sorry for complaining&#8211;it&#8217;s self-inflicted. But then again, so was your decision to surf to this site.  Seeeeeee, seeeee! I&#8217;m filled with the milk of human kindness for pointing that out. Yeah.  It&#8217;s the pain talking.  <\/p>\n<p>Ibuprofin and then I&#8217;m done for the evening.  Only, I know it&#8217;s going to hurt again on Friday when I run again, despite the advice of my therapist&#8230;you&#8217;ve been warned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Much, that is.
