Adam Mathes has written an excellent paper, Folksonomies – Cooperative Classification and Communication Through Shared Metadata, that describes (in far more elegant and succinct terms) the issues that I’ve experienced in my quest to categorize my personal information, blogs, links, etc. I am a little wiser and more educated about how to describe my struggles with categorization, but no closer to a good solution. A good solution, please,…anyone??
